Craig Behr is a Masters graduate from Thames Valley University in London, with an IMM Diploma from the Graduate School of Business and a Higher Certificate in Financial Markets. He is a Director of the Strawberry Group of companies, comprising Strawberry Recruitment and Strawberry Training, with core business activities focusing on skills development training, personnel recruitment and 'head-hunting'. Craig also serves as Executive Director to Marketing House, an outdoor advertising Company, where he is hands-on with achieving revenue growth through sales and marketing strategy development.
Nic Nortje (BA LLB) is the Executive Director of Nortje and Associates, where he has exacted his craft as a Labour law Expert. He is a former Chairman of APSO (KZN) and currently serves as a Member to the National Executive Board. Nic contributes part-time as a CCMA Commissioner and is regularly called upon by various organisations to lend his knowledge as a strategist, coach and facilitator.
Additional course facilitators, appointed for their specialist skills, are also involved in the process of maintaining programme efficacy, contribute toward consistent research and application of updated course material and modern learning methodologies.
